After-sales trip to the United States: technical support for filling and packaging production lines

On August 1, 2024, US time, our technical support Anna traveled thousands of miles to the United States to provide after-sales service for an important customer. The following is her self-introduction:

This is the integrated syrup filling and food packaging production line customized by our AMAN for this customer.

In this bottle filling production line, the coding of the Siemens controller was wrong, which resulted in the inability to accurately fill the syrup into the bottle. I first contacted the domestic after-sales engineer for remote support, and then crawled in the machine for more than two hours to troubleshoot, and finally found that the problem was the reversal of the drive. By correcting this problem, the problem of filling not working was successfully solved.

The bottle capping link of the food packaging production line also encountered some problems. After some debugging, the problem of inaccurate capping position was solved, which was affirmed by American customers.

This is an assembly machine provided by our AMAN.

Customers using this equipment reported that the leak detector in the assembly machine often alarmed for unknown reasons. Check and debug the sensor corresponding to the leak detection cylinder in the electric control cabinet.

Before the customer's company got off work, we successfully solved 3 problems with 2 devices. The customer was very satisfied with this and gave a positive review in the video.
